- Bake: Learn how to make choux pastry and create profiteroles and eclairs with crème patisserie and crème diplomat
- Decorate: In depth class on piping in the Lambeth-style to create a long, vintage cake. Learn to make crystalised flowers and fruits to decorate your cakes. Crumb coated cakes are provided, finish in your colour palette and decorate.
- Demo: Learn to make a savoury choux pastry called a Gourgere
- Guest speaker : Winemaker Erina Cillie-du Preez will lead a wine tasting experience
- Dinner out: At a local wine farm
