Join us for a weekend of fun, friendship and fabulous cakes! Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts.  Whether you’re looking to develop a new skill or simply have a fun weekend away to meet new people this retreat is perfect for you!

All skill levels are welcome! Meet like minded people for a weekend of rest, learning and fun!  

Each person works on their own projects

10+ hours of instruction from an experienced, qualified teachers

All meals and accommodation included (excludes alcoholic beverages available through the honesty bar).  A welcome drink, notes and a certificate of attendance are included.

All ingredients and equipment used over the course of the weekend included

A beautiful goodie bag of handmade goods to spoil you!

Transport NOT included

When to arrive? – after 2pm on Friday afternoon

What to bring? – An apron if you want to use one, clothes and toiletries and your sense of adventure!  A more comprehensive list will be provided closer to the time.

About the venue:

The retreat will be held at the Boutique Villa in Somerset West.  This beautifully appointed venue has a kitchen for our use, and separate teaching space and a beautiful lounge and garden for chilling!

There is secure on-site parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Buying a ticket to one of our events secures your place and prevents someone else from purchasing those tickets. We have a strict cancellation policy as classes fill up long in advance. Booking opens on 4 May 2026, and a 10% early booking discount will be applied to all bookings made and paid for in full in the month May.

Payment Plan Options:  40% non-refundable payment to confirm seat, 30% due on 30 June 2026 and 30% balance due on 31 July 2026

Cancellations policy for full payments:  Cancellations before 30 June will receive a 60% refund, cancellations before 31 July will receive a 30% discount.  Cancellations after 31 July 2026 will not be refunded at all, regardless of the reason for cancellations.  Tickets may be transferred to another person if you can’t attend.  Purchasing this ticket means you have agreed to all our Ts and Cs and cancellations policies.
